I need HELP with my Ipod please help?
i bought a nd genaration alumnum ipod from my friend and i downloaded i tunes and everything got a usb cord for it and everything but when i try to erase some of the songs he had on there or sync.ing it there is a little bubble that pops up saying that device is not reconizable and it doesnt charge it right and i even tryed sync.ing it and charging it on another friends computer but it stilled didnt work what do i do or get for my ipod thank you in advance

restart the ipod by putting it on hold then back off of hold, then push the playpause button down and the center button down at the same time for seconds to restart the ipod, if nothing works bring it back to whereever you bought it,brdid u get a warranty?? if u didnt you should absolutely alwayyyss get one
