federal law actually prohibits this from happening.brbrits called HIPAA and it prevents anyones medical information from being shared with third parties.brbri dont feel this should be shared. the results would be devastating to the individual involved. not only would they be endlessly teased bc most school aged children do not understand that aids is not passed only through sex, but they would also be avoided in school have no friends and some might even commit suicide bc they cant handle being bullied anymore.brbreven in a hospital settingstaff is not allowed to test a person for HIV wout the persons written consentif they refuse, the test is not done.brbrAmerica is a nation of freedom for a reason and i think things as sensitive as personal medical info should be kept private.brbrif the person is sexually active, then i do feel it their personal responsibility to inform their partner and take the necessary precautions to avoid spreading the illness.
